Bodybuilding Diet: Eggs & Oatmeal!
And now, you can add it to your diet too! Here’s how to prepare it!
Firstly, go to the nearest grocery shop and grab some:
Oatmeal
Eggs
Honey (optional)
Raisins (optional)
BBQ Sauce (optional)
Note: Although most of the ingredients are optional, be prepared for a bland meal if you don’t have them!
So, let’s go straight into the cooking!
Firstly, break the eggs into a bowl. Right here I’m using 12 eggs but you can choose the number of eggs you wanna have.
Then, remove the yolks from the whites. This is of course, to reduce the amount of cholesterol in this meal. I actually removed 7 out of 12 yolks. Having some yolks will actually add some extra calories and protein in your diet. Plus, it’ll add to the protein biological value of the egg whites.
Next, break the yolks and scramble the eggs.
And now for some taste, add 1-2 tablespoon of BBQ sauce into the eggs and mix it up!
For the next step, heat up a non-stick pan, pour the mix onto the pan and cook it!
Here’s how it looks like halfway done.
What do you think about my… cooking?
Now that we’re done with the eggs, let’s move on to the oatmeal! Firstly, scoop some oatmeal into a bowl. If you didn’t notice, I took this scoop from a tub of protein powder.
With a standard scoop, you can estimate how much oatmeal you’re consuming each time. For me, I’m having 3 scoops of oatmeal.
Next, add some water into the oatmeal. You’ll need to submerge the oatmeal because it absorbs loads of water.
After that, mix it all up until you get a smooth creamy texture.
Then for taste, add a tablespoon of honey (not too much!) and two tablespoon of raisins.
Then, mix it all up and we’re done!
This meal contains approx. 70g of protein, 70g of carbs and 15g of fat. All you need to grow! Enjoy!
P.s. The hamster in the last photo is not for consumption. It’s for company.

Hi Fabby,
may i know which one is better? half boiled egg or cook as above? thanks!
I highly doubt it. These are normal eggs, not enchanced ones.
Egg yolks and cholesterol? Well that's actually a myth. Egg yolks do not increase cholesterol. As a matter of fact, the yolks are the healthiest and most nutritious part of the eggs, since they include Omega 3's as well (bout 4g per yolk)
Egg yolks are known to increase HDL cholesterol, which is the good type of cholesterol that helps you reduce LDL cholesterol (which is the awful kind that increases your risk of heart disease.)
haha. thanks.
Like your arms more than the meal haha
