Just In Case You’re Wondering…
Malaysian IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, Wong Ngai Hong placed 7th in Australian Grand Prix. Yes, seventh! Just out of the top six that he was aiming for! Still, this is a great comeback for Wong Hong as he captured his highest placing in a pro bodybuilding contest….for now! Great job Wong Hong!! Keep it up!
P.s. All those who want to wish Wong Hong any congratulatory or pat-on-the-back message, leave it as a comment. I’ll make sure it gets to him. 
Heart failure is no joke. HPT meds and the assoc. meds are no joke. That he has made it this far is very incredible. Congrats! But please continue to take care of your health! Again, incredible!
