I’m figuring out what you guys wanna read about. Events such as the up and coming Mr Olympia? Or more tips? And if so, about dieting, training or supplementing? Or something more personal like how do I balance my studies with training? Or do you have any problems with your own training that you need help with?

  3. Write about what the bringing up of certain bodyparts?? and how to tweak your training program to achieve this ?? U said u're currently on a bulking phase? It will be nice if you post some current pics, and then some after pics months later and the improvements u have made : D
