EnergyOne Presents Energy Rush – 10pm to 1am, 8 Aug, SAFRA Toa Payoh
Listen up fitness enthusiasts and lifters in Singapore. On 8 August, SAFRA EnergyOne will be hosting Energy Rush, a fitness event where participants get to train and interact with local bodybuilding & fitness icons, participate in challenges with prizes and sample free drinks & products!
Date: 8 August, 10pm to 1am
Location: EnergyOne Gym, SAFRA Toa Payoh
Registration Fees: $5.35 per person/$21.40 per team of 4 (for challenges)

Team Configuration: 3 Male + 1 Female (sign up together as a team)

Challenge 1 – Fitness Challenge
Sponsored by Red Bull.
Each team send 1 representative. On all fours, facing opponent, representative must use Fitball to score a goal against opponent. Fastest scorer wins.
Each team sends 2 representatives. With a gym ball in between them, they must perform 30 squats in the fastest time.
With a tennis ball between their feet, all four members must hop a certain distance as fast as they can, relay style.
2 team mates will wheelbarrow the other two. The fastest team to cross the finish line wins.
Challenge 2 – True Strength Challenge
Sponsored by Optimum Nutrition.
Part 1 – 2 team members must complete 20 thrusters and 20 burpees each in the fastest time.
Part 2 – 2 team members must complete a total of 49 chin ups and 7 overhead squats.
1000kg Chest Press – Overall team effort. Each team must bench a total of 1000kg + their total bodyweight in the fewest reps and fastest time to win.
